Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Every order is hand picked with care - usually by Claire, Annabelle or Sam at our healing cabin or kitchen table. We aim to get your parcel to you as gently and quickly as possible.
UK shipping

Standard delivery - £3.95 delivered by Royal Mail or Evri in 3-5 working days

Express delivery - £5.95 1-2 working days
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email, with tracking onfo if available
International shipping
Please contact us if you are outside the UK and would love to order, pop us an email at info@itsalot.co.uk and we'll try our best to help.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days, sometimes quicker. During busy times (like launches, restocks, or sales), it may take a little longer - but we'll always communicate if there's a delay.
Because we're a small, soul-led team, we thank you for your patience and understanding. Your order isn't just a number - its a story, a connection, and we are honoured to be part of yours.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope your #ITSALOT piece feels like a hug - but if something is not quite right, we'll do everything we can to make it OK.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is

unworn and unwashed

in its original condition, with tags still attached

returned at your own cost (unless the item is faulty)
To start a return, email us at info@itsalot.co.uk with your order details and the reason for return. We'll guide you from there.
Exchanges
Want a different size, colour or item? No problem. We recommend emailing us first so we can reserve your exchange item if it is in stock. You'll just need to return the original and cover the postage return - we'll send the new item out as soon as we can.
Refunds
Once we've received your return and checked it's in it's original condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 days. We will send you a confirmation as soon as it's done.

Received the wrong or a faulty item?
We're so sorry - this very rarely happens, but if it does, we'll sort it straight away. Email us with a photo and your order details and we will fix it with a refund, exchange or replacement - whatever feels best for you.
