RETURNS
If you change your mind or the fit isn't quite right, you're welcome to return your item within 28 days of receiving it. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original conditon with tags still attached
- Returned at your own cost unless the item is faulty
To start a return, please email us at info@itsalot.co.uk with your order details an dreason for return. We'llguide you from there with kindness and ease.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method. We'll send you a confirmation as soon as it's done.
Please note:
- Refunds to not include original postage costs
- Items marked final sale or personalised are not eligible for return
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Oh no - we're so sorry! Please contact us at info@itsalot.co.uk with a photo and your order details. We'll sort it quickly with either a replacement or a full refund.
