RETURNS

If you change your mind or the fit isn't quite right, you're welcome to return your item within 28 days of receiving it. Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original conditon with tags still attached

Returned at your own cost unless the item is faulty

To start a return, please email us at info@itsalot.co.uk with your order details an dreason for return. We'llguide you from there with kindness and ease.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method. We'll send you a confirmation as soon as it's done.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Oh no - we're so sorry! Please contact us at info@itsalot.co.uk with a photo and your order details. We'll sort it quickly with either a replacement or a full refund.
Every order is printed, and then hand packed with care by our #ITSALOT team.

UK SHIPPING

Standard delivery - £3.95 (free on orders over £50). Delivery 3-5 woking days via Royal Mail or Evri

Express delivery - £5.95. Delivery in 2-3 working days (orders placed before 1pm)

You'll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your parcel leaves us, with tracking if possible.

Because we are a small team, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days - sometimes quicker, always with care. During busy periods or launches, it may take a touch longer, (but we will always let you know)
